Wheelset laser cleaning solutions


The equipment adopts a through-feed design, using a composite

laser system and a three-axis/six-axis robot to remove paint, rust and

oil stains from the axles of urban rail wheels, dust-proof plate seats, and

spokes inside and outside the wheelset. The smoke and dust generated

in the process are purified by the smoke and dust purifier, which can be

directly discharged to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly

cleaning.
