The equipment adopts a through-feed design, using a composite laser

system and a three-axis/six-axis robot to remove paint, rust and oil

stains from the axles of urban rail wheels, dust-proof plate seats, and

spokes inside and outside the wheelset. The smoke and dust generated

in the process are purified by the smoke and dust purifier, which can be

directly discharged to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly

cleaning.

The equipment integrates composite laser, visual recognition, offline

simulation, seven-axis robot, integrated operation platform and other

technologies to realize automatic depainting, rust, glue and oil removal

of bogie parts. Efficient and environmentally friendly. At present, it is

the first laser cleaning equipment for bogie parts in the industry.

Axle box inner wall laser cleaning system

The equipment integrates technologies such as laser cleaning head on

the inner wall, visual recognition, frequency conversion motion mechanism

six-axis robot, and integrated operation platform to realize the automatic

removal of oil and rust on the inner wall of the bogie axle box, and realize

the non-damage, efficient and environmentally friendly substrate. The

cleaning effect is good, and the size of the inner hole meets the technical

requirements after cleaning. Standardized and batch operations can be

realized.

Portable Handheld Laser Cleaning Equipment

The handheld laser cleaning equipment is small in size, easy to carry, and has a good cleaning effect on objects with thin paint and rust layers.
